Will be responsible to set up, direct and monitor a Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) system approved by the Royal Commission for the design and bid documents produced under Royal Commission contract Task with associated deliverables. The system shall be developed to secure accreditation from an internationally recognised quality organisation. Will set up, direct and manage a design risk management system approved by Royal Commission. Will be responsible for appropriate Consultants staff training programme for these systems and shall submit to Royal Commission for approval a specific programme to train his successor. Will liaise with appropriate Royal Commission technical staff including the Engineering Department Technical Quality Manager and the Environmental, Safety and Health Department Manager. |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidates should hold a relevant degree in Engineering with extensive experience in their field as well as solid QA/QC experience. |
