The RoleThe RoleTo take on significant and technical responsibility for the control and management of all Quality Assurance/Control (QA/QC) activities in engineering disciplines and provide the appropriate advise in line with standards, codes, rules and regulations. Primary responsibilities include but not limited to: • Developing quality documents such as Contract Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan, Method statements and approval from Client. • Review of Subcontractors Contact Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan and NDT Procedures. • Raising and resolving Non-conformance reports. • Review of materials and consumables Test Certificates. Ensure that the Internal & External Quality Audits are carried out as per theSchedule. • Supervise the welder qualification Test with client representative and issue welder ID cards for qualified welders and Monitoring of Welder performance. • Ensure project quality and execution procedures conform to International Standards. |
RequirementsRequirements• Desired candidate should have comprehensive knowledge in welding, metallurgy and established welding procedures. • Sound knowledge and practical experience in all N.D.T. methods. • Well-versed in ISO quality system. • Able to prepare procedures, manuals and other documents related to QA Section. |
