The Role


The Role


Objective: Handle all aspects of Quality Assurance and Quality Control of ADC Energy Systems.
Must be committed to maintain all contractual obligations, regulatory requirements and ISO 9001:2008 requirements. Must also sustain an effective Quality Management System by implementing continual improvement.

Manage and Control:
•Responsible for representing the company
•Overall responsible in managing all quality procedure concerns.
•The overall performance and maintaining of the Document Controlling Management System and all environmental management issues corporately and on site.
•Produce regular quality reports as required for the project reports including, but not limited to information on document submission, Inspection Test Plans, audit schedules and audits, non-conformance reports, concessions, confirmation of corrective actions, general statistics and certificates.

Audits:
•Review the total quality assurance performance and initiate improvements.
•Ensure that the implemented measurable quality objectives corporately are achieved.
•Develop and implement the project audit plan including the preparation and distribution of audit reports.

Personnel:
•Identify training needs of the employees including site in relation to QMS & HSE.
•Ensure that all personnel maintain a good health and safe environment.
•Ensure team members are aware of the site project procedures, relating to Quality Assurance.

HSE:
•Ensure that the Company complies with the HSE statutory and regulatory requirements set by the Government.
•Provide and conduct HSE training awareness throughout the Company.
•Plan and execute HSE audits and ensure that HSE System is in compliance
•Review and respond to draft Health and Safety plans for Company Tenders and sub-contractor HSE plans.
•Promote the provision of adequate resources and competencies to achieve the Company’s stated Health and Safety objectives and targets.
•Plan and execute continuing development of the Company’s Safety Management System.
•Maintaining an up to date knowledge of all Health and Safety matters relevant to the works.
•Investigating accidents and recommending actions to be taken in order to prevent re-occurrences.
•Reporting on Health and Safety performances on sites.

Requirements


Requirements


University qualifications : Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.), Industrial Technology and Management Relevant HSE Qualifications, Registered Quality Practitioner or equivalent from 4 year college or university; 7-10 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Specialist knowledge : Must have designed, implemented and maintained ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems in his/her previous company
