QAQC Superintendent

Job description / Role

QAQC Superintendent, required to work for a multi-national Services company in Qatar, focusing on the manufacture and repair of equipments for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power Industries.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all QA/QC requirements are effectively carried out and quality policy, goals and objectives are maintained. You will be required to ensure the QMS remains compliant with API Q1 and ISO 9001 to the benefit of the company and customer.

This is a full-time position with the option to take company accommodation or a housing allowance as part of the salary package.

Requirements

- Engineering Degree or Diploma
- 3 to 5 years experience in QA/QC activities within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining Industries
- Certified Auditor for QMS ISO 9001
- At least 1 year managing a team of at least 10 employees
- Knowledge of and ability to use all precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge and awareness of specifications such as API, ASME, NACE, ANSI, ASTM
