The RoleThe RoleResponsible for visually verify that the incoming materials have met the requirements for concern works, such as quality and dimensional tolerance levels, witnessing qualifying tests for material as required. Identify, analyze and document all defects, errors and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications. Design and maintain QA test plans, QA test cases and QA test scripts. Review customers change requests and ensure that the necessary criteria and provisions are included in quality and process plans. Assess performance and quality of products against specified criteria and standards. From to time, to be required to act as an internal independent party to conduct inspection of such nature. As part of this role, also to conduct inspection and tests on fixtures, structures and other installation works, in line with the ASME and ANSI codes, at our vendors’ shop facilities work sites. Additionally, need to prepare and compile quality, inspection and non-conforming reports throughout projects and follow up on necessary corrective actions. In addition, to monitor the performance of workforce, while implementing and monitoring proper storage and usage procedures for site tools and equipment. |
RequirementsRequirementsEducational Qualification Must have at least bachelor degree in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical engineering. Professional Qualification Diploma in QA/QC, certificates in QA/QC training courses in QA/QC seminars lectures attended. Experience At least 7 years of experience and should produce certificates letters from the ex-employers and the current employer regarding the projects completed and on going projects with brief detail. |
