QHSE Officer

Job description / Role

- Assists with QHSE auditing activities. Provides inputs to the Annual Audit Schedules and Comprehensive audit programs.
- Assists in the preparation of annual audit schedules and comprehensive audit programs.
- Assists in the assessment of the relevancy, reliability and credibility of systems and standards information.
- Assists in the assessment of the effectiveness and efficiencies of the organization's systems and standards
- Identification of non-conformities, analyses and discusses audit findings across the company and suggest recommendations to QHSE Auditor
- Conducts the assessment of compliance with HSE requirements and other regulatory matters.
- Maintains systems' documentation and processes development
- Analyses data obtained and audit findings for issues concerned
- Maintains records on all quality checks performed and ensures proper data entry onto the system and documents control
- Performs other duties as required

Requirements

- Graduate with with minimum 3 years work experience in QHSE auditing, documentation and compliance.
- Prior experience working in a container terminal/shipping company/logistics here in UAE.
- Knowledge in QHSE auditing activities.
- Maintains systems documentation and processes development.
