The Role


Job Title: QMS Engineer
Reports To: Quality Management Systems
Purpose of the Job: Execution and follow up quality issues as per guidelines

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• To execute and contribute in implementing ISO 9001, TL 9000 & eTOM.
• To monitor quality objectives and performance measurements.
• To conduct diagnostic analysis for identifying and mapping work processes.
• To calculate, monitor and follow up on operations performance, process risks and KPIs.
• To document SLAs/OLAs for improving communication among all Stakeholders.
• Perform Internal Quality Audits to verify compliance of Quality Management System as per guidelines.

Job Qualifications

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of engineering or equivalent
• ISO awareness or training course
• QMS Internal Auditor course

Experience (Between 3-5 Years)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant quality professional experience in a large organization, preferably in Telecommunication or IT Sector.
• Extensive experience in Quality Management System development and implementation.
• Expertise in Process documentation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Communication skills
• Problem Solving skills
• Good on hand experience of MS Office applications
• Quality Tools

Other Requirements
Must be a Saudi National (male) with excellent verbal and communication skills in Arabica and English
