Qatari - Chief Executive Officer
Salary up to QAR 80,000 based on experience
Doha, Qatar

My client, a leader in the entertainment Industry in Qatar, is seeking a Qatari CEO to lead their team.

The incumbent will give direction and leadership towards the achievement of the company`s vision, mission, strategy, and its annual organizational goals - ensuring that strategic business objectives are reflected in operational processes and that related services are delivered in a professional and proactive manner.

The incumbent will focus on overall coordination of the Organizations activities, non-profit management, fundraising, volunteer coordination and community relations.

The incumbent will strive to achieve the business objectives of the organization, developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and safeguarding stakeholder interests.

Your Primary role is split up as STRATEGIC (80%), OPERATIONAL (10 %), PEOPLE MANAGEMENT (10%)

Requirements

Education:

• University degree in Business or Public Administration or Liberal Arts, from a recognized university.
A Masters Degree would be preferred.

• 12-15 years of related experience of which a minimum of 3-5 years should be in a similar position/responsibility, preferably in a similar industry.
