A leading provider of technical and vocational education and training in Saudi Arabia.
Seeking a Qualifications Training Manager to develop and deliver the curriculum and assess candidates and trainees in accordance with awarding body standards.
Reporting to the Director of Training, the Qualifications Training Manager will be responsible for leading a team overseeing content development and on the job training for curriculum material and assessments.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with external accreditation bodies.
- Ensuring curriculum and assessment meets institutional and industry standards.
- Aid in the organisation of effective trainee evaluation through standardised progress and achievement tests.
- Ensuring curricular content is consistent and to the highest quality.
Requirements
Parkhouse Bell are seeking a Qualifications Training Manager on behalf of our client, an internationally renowned provider of education and training, as part of their ongoing growth strategy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
You must be educated to Degree level in technical/engineering discipline, with at least 10 years experience in Oil and Gas. Previous training experience is essential.
The successful candidate will come from an Oil and Gas background, with a Degree level qualification in a relevant technical/engineering discipline. You will also have extensive experience in technical training and managing a training department.
