The RoleThe RoleOur client is a leading food services business, managing leading brands across the Middle East. They are looking for a Quality Assurance, Assistant Manager to support all quality assurance matters across the MENA region. Reporting directly into the Regional Quality Assurance Manager, your main objective is to support the QA Manager in all Quality related matters. The focus will be to continuously improve the quality of products sourced from our food suppliers and distributors. A large part of your role will; be manage strategic food safety and QA programs for the MENA region which will require you to track and monitor the QA performance system and to constantly stay up to date on the food safety audit plans. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate must hold a Bachelors degree in either food science or a similar degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in a quality assurance position within a food services or food manufacturing business. You must also hold quality certifications (such as HACCP, ISO or SPC). Preference will go to Arabic speaking candidates based in the UAE. This role will require you to travel for almost 50% of your time. |
