Quality Assurance Controller

Job description / Role

- Reviews, develops & establishes a Quality Assurance Plan and strategy and ensures implementation for all assets & functions of our Maintenance & Technical services Division.
- Ensures through utilization of various quality control tools and methodology that procedures & regulations are followed in maintaining and improving quality standards to international levels.
- Establish and maintain a proven QA/QC document control system.Set up an electronic data management system to suit the Project requirements.
- Manage and process all documentation to/from the Contractors, Consultants, and Vendors related to established commissioning and hand-over procedures.
- Prepare and maintain logs of documents issued and received.Archive QA/QC Project documentation with indexing and cataloging. Provide drawings, standards and technical information to Project staff as required.
- Provide training to colleagues in use of the document control system.
- Contribute to Companys continuous improvement in HSE performance and quality management.Ensures that departmental procedures for inspections, maintenance overhaul, asset integrity and are updated and reviewed.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 5-7 years Multi-disciplinary experience in Hydrocarbon or Petrochemical industry preferably in Quality Management.
- Must be conversant with ISO and relevant standards for quality.
- Must have PC professional practical experience in Engineering/Maintenance related application & system.
- Good knowledge of Arabic and English languages (spoken & written).
- Valid UAE Drivers License
