Quality Assurance Coordinator - Starbucks - Kuwait

The Role
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator for the Starbucks brand you will provide assistance to the Project Manager by:

* Assisting in compiling allergen information for all existing and new food brands
* Maintaining, updating and owning 'allergen data' for all products offered in the menu of all brands
* Illustrating results, trends or conditions which impact QA project performance
* Searching and collating data when required.

Requirements

* A BSc degree in food science, nutrition or food microbiology or equivalent industry experience
* At least 2 years' quality assurance or food manufacturing experience
* Familiar with best practice of food safety management
* An understanding of microbiology testing of food samples
* A proactive individual, committed to meeting deadlines
* The ability to multi-task multiple projects
* Good communication skills
* Good computer skills - MS Office Word, MS Office Excel and MS Office Powerpoint.
