We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to work on our projects in Doha, Qatar.

Role Summary:
* The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all staff in the Doha office complies to the company's Quality Management System (Hyder Sys).

Relationships:
* Report directly to Regional Quality Manager on all issues affecting quality control and assurance.
* Work closely with the Regional Quality Manager to ensure that the necessary quality and assurance processes and procedures are in place and reporting mechanisms are agreed.
* Work closely with other Internal Auditors to ensure compliance of quality control systems by sectors.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the development and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System (Hyder Sys).
* Coordinate and advise on system issues within the sector/region. 
* Design, develop and deliver training sessions on company systems for new staff
* Prepare internal audit schedule and manage office audit process.
* Undertake internal quality audits to assure that staffs in Doha comply with corporate documented procedures related to the ISO-9001:2008 standard.
* Assist staff with Hyder Sys issues and provide support where required.
* Manage the Sector Review Group meetings.
* Monitor performance and coordinate improvement activities by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
* Minimum three (3) years of experience in a QA or administrative role.
