Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Perform audits of claims processed or initial set-up to assess compliance with company procedures and contract language.
- Review existing business processes to identify inefficiencies in processing and potential weaknesses that may cause inaccurate processing. Coordinate finding with the training coordinator for documentation.
- Observe internal control procedures and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Remain current on technological and business process trends in the industry.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Ability to effectively plan and execute audit assignments, including documentation of audit approach and findings.
- Ability to recommend means of obtaining and analyzing transactional data, as well as evaluate the accuracy of business transactions in accordance with company procedures and contracts.
- Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated with minimal direct supervision.
- Strong organization skills and close attention to detail.
- Familiarity with appropriate and effective internal control procedures.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to interview individuals associated with audit subject matter, as well as communicate findings to management.
- Ability to identify business process improvements and report existing deficiencies to management.
- Ability to analyze and manipulate large volumes of transaction-level detail.
- Background and experience required for competent performance in this job:
- Auditing experience preferred.
- Experience in identifying existing process improvement required.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Access and MS Excel experience preferred.
- Interpret and execute policies in coordination with the respective department heads
- Answer the queries put forth by the staff for information on standards
- Monitor the activities across all departments for QA compliance
- Compile all reports together and prepare the required graphs and statistical reports for analysis by the management
- Oversee the activities of workers in the plant for ensuring adherence to the QA guidelines
- Prepare presentations and other learning tools for training the staff on QA standards
- Collect necessary data from the market for making developments in the QA standards globally
