Job description / Role
Our client is a world class hospitality organisation with internationally renowned brands in their portfolio and as part of their ongoing growth and expansion strategies, we are recruiting a Quality Assurance Director for their hospitality division based in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the quality assurance of the brands with regards to health & safety, housekeeping, hygiene, environment and maintaining quality standards in all the properties across the brands
- Management of the operational QA program including QA audits and guest satisfaction programs
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of programs to ensure that all properties are adhering to and complying with statutory and company quality assurance standards and requirements
- Overall responsibility for the IMS system reporting and resolution to issues
- Working closely with the General Manager and HSE&Q teams within each property to ensure that all systems, policies, procedures and standards required are implemented, adhered to and followed
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Management or Hospitality Management
- 10 - 15 years in quality assurance in the hospitality industry, preferably in the MENA region
- 3 - 5 years as a Quality Assurance Manager in the GCC
- Experience of developing audit programs
- Experience of developing quality assurance programs that meet the current requirements
- Experience of NEBOSH, HACCP food safety, BICS, JCI is required
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in English is essential
- Aged between 35 - 40 years
