Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

$3000 dollars per month max plus accommodation and transportation
Due to expansion in their organization my client a multi national manufacturing organization requires an experience Senior QA Manager.
Reporting to the head of Technical for the organization your role will be as follows: additional duties will be required.

Monday to Friday working hours

- Managing, planning and coordinating the companys quality control program designed to ensure continuous production, consistent with established standards in support of the companys business strategy.
- Manage the quality control laboratory activities and staff as well as product development and analysis of statistical data and specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy.
- Participate in the development of new, and the improvement of existing products.
- Manages and Directs all Quality Control (Laboratory testing- Inspection product development) activities.
- Ensure that all the finished products/raw Material confirm to the established Internal and External standards.
- Support the Implementation and Management of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 22000).
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards required by local law (Health & Safety, Environmental, Product Quality, GMP, Labelling, Factory and Fire).
- Lead the continuous improvement objectives of the company while implementing QMS across all functions in the organization.
- Ensure the facility, practices and products conform to the Quality Assurance/Local Food control Authority guidelines while maintaining a good working relationship with the authorities.
- Ensure all products are tested in-line with QA and international standards using best available calibrated equipment.

Laboratory Management:
- Manage, Direct and develop the Quality Control Staff.
- Responsible for product quality to ensure all products and procedures are compliance with internal and external standards.

Safety responsibilities:
- Develop and install processes, procedures and systems required to manage SHE
- Audit & control general factory conditions ( food safety & hygiene production operations )
- Report hazards and injuries to management and use outputs of SHE.
- Responsible to supervise staff

Quality Responsibilities:
- Maintain product quality to meet Internal and External Specifications.
- Develop and review the Frame work standard of Quality Road Map in cooperation with production teams.
- Update and communicate the quality Data.
- Monitor performance and minimize risk through the quality KPIs and internal audit processes.
- Reduce the customer complains in conjunction with the production and development departments.
- Conduct regular check on analysis results of finished, Raw and packaging materials.
- Releases Raw and Packaging Material into the operation after ensuring analysis results are within the set standard specs.
- Release finished products from the production hall after ensuring that analysis results are within the set standard specs.
- Keeping records of most important quality issues.
- Develop and install processes, procedures and systems required to manage Quality.
- Audit quality processes and systems and ensures corrective actions are taken.
- Implement/ install quality systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain quality specifications.
- Construct process and procedures to ensure product trace ability through the customer/consumer.
- Create systems to monitor and control indicator of factory quality.
- Participate in Product Development program.

Production Responsibilities:
- Promote continuous improvement programs in conjunction with production team.
- Regular check during making process steps and on line product analysis results during the production process to provide optimum quality level of finished products.
- Taking decision in releasing / blocking final product.
- Taking decisions in issues concerning quality of product.
- Participate in ISO 9001 And FSSC 22000 and other initiatives to improve quality and guide the overall process

Cost Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement cost savings.

Requirements

- A minimum of a technical BSc in one of the following areas (Dairy, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry).
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a related industry (Dairy, Food products) at management level
- The ideal candidate will have an extensive experience within a Dairy/food manufacturing/production environment and should be fully exposed to international standards.
