Employment: Full Time

Hemaya Security Services is a State owned organization established in the year 2005, with a view to support the massive growth plans for Qatar whilst enhancing the area of Security. Hence, Hemayas growth is directly proportional to the vast economic, financial and social growth that one witnesses in the State of Qatar.

Today, Hemaya offers its clients a one-stop total security solution using the latest technologies and employing the best people from around the globe.

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team of experienced industry professionals. The person will be a partner in working towards achieving the companys vision of being the leading company in providing security services at the regional level and setting the security industry standards in Qatar.

The incumbent of the position will be responsible for:
Ensuring the delivery of high quality products and service and identifying improvement opportunities within the business.
Drawing on tools such Lean Six Sigma and ISO to continuously improve processes across Hemaya.
Develop standard operating procedures for each client to achieve maximum safety and operational efficiency whilst ensuring ISO compliance.
Plan, develop, and implement quality assurance programs for security and technical services staff.
Monitor and evaluate safety practices and procedures with respect to security and technical services at work sites.
Plan and conduct internal quality audits and spot inspections at the various sites. For security services, emphasize will be on appearance, demeanor, job knowledge, and work environment.
Schedule and support external audits in carrying out Quality audits and assessment on Hemayas products, services and processes/activities.
Ensure that all products and services provided by the Hemaya are free from any flaws or errors and are of the highest quality.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory bodies and authorities.
Identify credible security risk and vulnerability as well as offer focused protection measures.
Prepare and deliver quality awareness training for new and existing employees.
Act as quality advisor and participate in services, product and process improvement programs through ongoing organization studies.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field, with a Masters degree, MBA or Quality Assurance Certification as an added advantage.

Experience:
Twelve years of relevant work experience in a Quality Assurance role within a Security Services Industry

Language skills:
Preferred Arabic speaker
