Design, prepare & develop unified working procedures for all process activities. Prepare and implement a periodical audit program on all sectors to evaluate the effectiveness of management systems implemented. Maintain Quality Management system (QMS) and Environmental system (EMS –ISO 14001: 2004) at all time, Ensure implementation of QMS in order to comply with the industries requirements, Develop, establish and implement the QMS and EMS in coordination with management and other departments to ensure continual. improvements, Ensure, maintenance and renewal company accreditations certifications, Effective achievement of Q.A. Dept. Objectives and Setting individuals objectives, managing performance, give an plan about training need for different Dept. & developing and motivation staff. Prepare and implement a periodical audit program on all sectors to evaluate the implementation effectiveness of Unified documented procedures Establish and define the overall QA Measure that achieve the overall measure. conduct a periodical Business review meeting "BRM" with all QA Managers to review the progress and achievement of QA Objectives and running projects Conduct a training courses for all staff about applied management systems" such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001-.OHSAS 18001,ISO 17025 …….etc. Communicate with external certification bodies to select the suitable one. |
