Job description / Role
An excellent opportunity has opened within one of the biggest and well established fashion retail groups in the Middle East. They are currently looking for an experienced professional to fill a QA Manager role to be based in Dubai, UAE.
As the QA Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Oversee the quality testing as carried out by suppliers, ensuring that all testing are in accordance to business standards
* Manage the product returns process along with the Buyers
* Produce and present supplier scorecards regularly
* Drive and ensure the achievement of the QA departments KPIs
* Lead, motivate and monitor all direct reports
Requirements
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
* Degree level education
* At least 9-10 years of relevant QA management experience, preferably within retail
* Excellent background and knowledge in cosmetics
* Strong people management skills
* Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
* Strong English written and oral communication skills
