The RoleThe RoleThis role is with reputable company that provides essential manufacturing and repair services to oil & gas, petrochemical and power generation industries • To maintain the Quality Management System by creating awareness of various Work Instructions, Procedures and Quality Manual on the shop-floor including efforts to ensure continuous quality improvement • Maintain the existing Work Instruction & the Quality Manual, and Creating same as required • Ensure QA/QC requirements are effectively carried out • Ensure Quality Policy, Goals & Objectives are met. • Ensure proper utilization of all available resources • Monitor, appraise & train subordinates. • Assist Internal & External Auditors during QMS audits • Carry out incoming, in-process and final inspection activities including Non Destruction Examination (NDT) • Control all documents, specifications, codes & standards including updating documents of external origin such as manufacturing notes, specifications etc….. • Identifying & arranging to source gauges, drawings and other documents from licensors for job specific needs • Ensure all inspections, measuring & test equipment are in a valid state of calibration at all times. |
RequirementsRequirementsJob holder should be: • Mechanical engineer degree • Certified Auditor – Quality Management System ISO-9001 • Has at least seven years of work experience gained from being with fabrication / workshop business, manufacturing & repair services. • Has hands-on experience in Quality assurance & inspection within similar industry |
