Based in Dubai, this leading Healthcare provider has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance and Audit – Head of Unit.

The role is to manage and coordinate my clients' Quality Assurance and Audit Office functions, resources and strategies and ensure that these functions are executed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.

You will also be responsible in developing and implementing Quality Assurance and Audit plans, policies, and procedures for various functions; report on the overall performance; review and evaluate the work of staff under supervision; ensure that programs are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively and comply with my clients’ policies and procedures

• You must have minimum 8 to 10 years post experience of which 5 years are in the speciality in the Healthcare or Insurance sector.

• Experience working in a Government Organisation, especially with Healthcare and/or Insurance projects is desirable.
