Quality Assurance and Internal Controls - Kuwait

Enforce a proactive approach at all times to ensure that the QA and compliance functions are able to foresee and address matters that may pose a Risk to the organization, to build and maintain positive relationships with Operations and IT key personnel and obtain significant buy in which is aligned to the most efficient and optimal way for the organization. Stakeholder management is also key as the individual will need to establish strong relationships with both business and IT internal relationships and constantly manages those relationships on behalf of the unit. The individual needs to have knowledge of TQM and other quality management techniques. This is a permanent position based in KUWAIT - offering a TAX FREE PACKAGE.

Requirements

A leading bank in Kuwait is looking for an Quality Assurance and Compliance Unit Head. The individual will be leading a team of compliance and quality assurance resources to ensure that efficient and effective processes are followed with minimal risk and with the utmost of quality for the Operations & IT Group. The individual needs to have of financial services industry practices and norms, ensure that compliance and regulations are appropriately transformed into actions.
