Title: Quality Audit Manager/ Manufacturing
Salary Package – 45, 000 AED all inclusive

Our client is a well know FMCG manufacturing industry in UAE. They are looking for a Quality Audit Manager with deep manufacturing experience.

The purpose of this job is to establish and manage an Internal Audit function to independently review organizational activity, processes, operations, functions to determine whether these are efficiently and effectively being carried out as per the approved set of policies and procedures and also assess that these activities are functioning in accordance with management instructions and company governance measures.

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible to Identify risk areas and recommend opportunities to improve operating performance, and suggest solutions to problems where and when appropriate.

Responsibilities
As an Internal Audit Manager you will need to design, add value and improve the Group's operations and help the organisation to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
• Strategy formulation.
• Achieving all approved plans.
• Setting corporate and scientific Auditing base and methodology.
• Deliver scientific based internal audit plans.
• Concentrate on professional communication before and after auditing.
• Audit compliance versus (IIA) standards.
• Professional Audit Reporting
• Communicate findings and suggest solutions.
• Continuous education and improvement of auditing practices.
• Strong root cause analysis reports.
• Professional recommendations of solutions reports.
• Design and implement strong evaluation measures to all systems.
• Strong coordination with the legal department.
• Anti-fraud programs design and implementation.
• Build all the Audit system towards establishing a strategic Audit functionality.

Requirements

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Audit, Business Administration
Added Value Qualifications:
- Certified Professional Internal Auditor (CPIA)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- IT, Security, Governance and Risk Auditor (ISACA)

Minimum Experience:
- 10 years of experience in a high managerial level in the same field and from manufacturing environment industrial companies.
