Quality Control & Assurance Engineer

Job description / Role

For a leading company based in Dubai Investment Park, we are looking for a Quality Control and Assurance Engineer.
You will be responsible for all Q.C. and Q.A. related operations for pipe liner installation programs covering documentary and procedural operations. Degree qualified within a related technical discipline. The ideal applicant for this position should have 10-15 years of experience in Q.C. / Q.A. operations within a technical services and or manufacturing environment, ideally with experience of offshore and operational platform services. It would be an advantage to have knowledge of pipeline coatings and rehabilitation services in both utility and oil and gas environments.
Responsibilities will include a hands-on review and analysis of Q.C. and Q.A. installation activities in both field and facilities / plant based lining activities, ensuring full compliance with all company required quality and environmental certification needs and requirements, reviewing all sub-contractors activities by approval of submitted Q.C. or Q.A. documentation and/or operational and testing procedure submittals and product or service supply requirements, Reviewing and monitoring related environmental impacts across all installation activities. You will also be required to assist in the review of risk assessment evaluations involving installation operations and provide assistance to management in the provision and preparation of all necessary Q.C., Q.A., Environmental and Risk Assessment evaluation documentation, submittals and proposals.
Salary is dependent on Experience.
