Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Parsons Brinckerhoff is currently looking to recruit a seasoned Quality Control Manager to work on a major roads and drainage project in Doha.

Responsibilities:

• Review all design documents to assure quality control compliance with set quality standards. Conduct program audits to assure that the procurement of subcontracts, design and construction contracts and services agreements are executed in accordance with approved program and procedures.
• Ensure the Quality Control Management policies and procedures are adhered to. Design, develop and implement new Quality Control processes, if necessary, and integrate in to the compliance process.
• Work in conjunction with the Project Management Team to ensure all QC targets are met.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a Degree in Engineering, Civil Construction or a related discipline as well as experience in roads and drainage development projects.
• 15 years of experience in a similar role within a large organisation that has worked on public infrastructure / roads projects is essential
• A strong understanding of and proven capability in QC Management processes Excellent communication and man management skills are essential.
