Job description / Role
- Quality Control (QC) operations (Process Control and Final Product Inspection).
- Quality Assurance (QA) functions.
- Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) and Product Quality Certifications.
- Ensuring all products to meet international standard specification requirements and customer expectations.
- Monitor and advice the performance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and to produce report on performance and measurement against set Indicator/Targets.
- To coordinate with the R&D, all other Departments, Managers and Staff throughout the organization to ensure that QA System is implemented properly.
- Provide advices on changes on Quality Systems implementation and provide suitable training & techniques to enable others to understand and achieve quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Ceramic Technology or Chemical Engineering
Minimum Experience:
- 10 Years work experience from any related field or function
Competencies:
- Communication skill
- Analytical skill
- Strong people management skill
- Thorough understanding of laboratory testing, process and procedures
- Thorough knowledge of Quality standards of the country as well as international bodies to which company is affiliated
- Technical training skill
