Job description / Role
Based in Armani Hotel. Being part of a unique and exclusive Luxury Brand, are essential along with fluency in English.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Works with the Director of Quality in order to support and assist in the organisational culture that achieves business excellence with continuous quality improvement;
- Serve as administrative support to the Quality Team and responsible to maintain the record keeping and filing of all documents and items as needed;
- Updates and tracks all guest feedback as per Armani Hotels & Resorts Quality Management System;
- Generate and distribute daily reports from Quality Management system as needed;
- Monitor social media sites and record all guest feedback;
- Oversee the administration of all Quality Improvement Teams their evaluations, results and best practices;
- Assist and support with the user access and information of the Quality Management system;
- Conducts Standards Assessments as needed with in required areas of the hotel.
