Job description / Role
One of Qatar's leading client side organisations are looking for a Quality Engineer to work on multiple infrastructure projects including roads and highways. You will get the opportunity to work with some of the industries leading professionals in an exciting and progressive company. The benefits on offer for this role are outstanding and you will be working on some real city changing projects within the Middle East.
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs for Infrastructure Affairs. You will communicate and Quality related issues, such as building standards, codes and maintenance standards to technical and management staff, as well as following this up with the contractors and consultants. You will perform Quality Audits throughout the sites to ensure adherence to the correct Quality codes, as well as inspecting the quality of all incoming materials and supplies.
Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
* 10 Years post graduate experience in QA/QC roles
* Extensive experience with roads and infrastructure projects
* The ability to move to Qatar or;
* If you are based in Qatar, the ability to obtain an NOC
* Experience with QCS (Qatar construction standard) would be beneficial
