Job description / Role
• Audit product quality in line with Internal and External (ESMA, GSO) Specifications.
• Develop and review the Frame work standard of Quality Road Map in cooperation with production teams
• Monitor performance and minimize risk through the quality KPI’s and internal audit processes.
• Reduce the customer complains in conjunction with the production and development departments.
• Conduct regular audit on analysis results of finished, Raw and packaging materials.
• Keeping records of most important quality issues.
• Develop and install processes, procedures and systems required to manage Quality
• Audit quality processes and systems and ensures corrective actions are taken
• Implement/ install quality systems and processes
• Develop and maintain quality specifications
• Construct process and procedures to ensure product trace ability through the customer/consumer
• Create systems to monitor and control indicator of factory quality
• Promote continuous improvement programs in conjunction with production team.
• Regular check during making process steps and on line product analysis results during the production process to provide optimum quality level of finished products.
• Participate in TQM/ TPM/Lean operations and other initiatives to improve quality and guide the overall process
• Coordinating with the internal division on standards and facilities resolutions of the international quality issues and problems on the imported material.
• Provide service data and collect feedback from customers
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science
Minimum Experience:
• 8 years functional experience out of which 2 years should be in an equivalent Management level
• Prior experience in beverages production industry
Functional Knowledge:
• Knowledge in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry
• Understanding of quality control & Quality Assurance measures and standards
• Thorough knowledge of health & safety standards
• Objective Analytical Power

• TQM Tools (5S/JIT/Kaizen/Ishikawa / etc
