Employment: Full Time

Our client is a dynamic, leading trading and industrial conglomerate in Saudi Arabia. Established for more than 50 years, it plays a pivotal role in the development of the Saudi Arabian infrastructure. It is a holding group consisting of 5 business sectors operating in trading, manufacturing, construction, services and consumer products. It has a strong presence Kingdom-wide and has a base headquarters in the Eastern Region.

They are looking for a QHSE Manager who shall be responsible for the development and maintenance of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Systems in the company. He shall lead and manage the section and shall provide guidance to the organization through its process and standard protocols. Ideally, the candidate must have at least 5 years’ related experience and must be able to work independently.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports the organization on QHSE matters as the primary point of contact
• Ensures that safety planning and program management policies are adhered to organizational wide
• Provide quality management, HSE, and project management training to employees
• Conduct Risk & Hazard Assessments
• Promote environmental safeguards
• Manage and oversee lead all site Inspections, HSE audits and investigations
• Responsible for Certifications & Safety Training
• In-charge of client relations and communications
• Promote a professional image of the company

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the oil field / transport industry
• Preferred Nationalities from: Philippines/India/Jordan/Syrian/Egypt
