Quality Management Officer / Accreditation Specialist

We have a new and challenging opportunity for a Quality Management Officer/ Accreditation Specialist within a well renowned multi-speciality hospital based in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. By offering a wide range of outpatient and inpatient services, this hospital strives to provide the very highest standard of patient care to the UAE patient population.

The primary focus of this clinically and technologically advanced facility is to offer first class treatment to patients and their families.

In this role you will be reporting to the Head of Quality and Development Manager, the Quality and Development Officer will be responsible for guiding and implementing the necessary policies in order for the centre to attain JCI accreditation. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the policies and procedures are maintained for the yearly inspection by JCIA officers.

Requirements

To be a successful candidate you will need a minimum of 3 years experience within the healthcare industry, a diploma/degree in Business administration or Nursing and excellent communication skill in English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
