Job description / Role
Our healthcare services are internationally recognized, comparable to other developed countries. Our Quality Improvement staff are crucial in maintain this standard and we are now looking to expand our Quality Improvement team within the Radiology department.
As a Quality Improvement Reviewer you will join our Radiology team and take on the responsibility of supporting hospital specific quality improvement and corporate quality priorities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding organization, working within state-of-the-art medical facilities.
You will be required to support the implementation of the Hospital's Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Plan. In addition, you will support the monitoring of performance initiatives and quality indicators across the department, and assist the QI team to establish hospital specific indicators in response to and in support of the JCI accreditation process.
Excellent communication skills are important. You will be communicating quality improvement opportunities, as they are identified, to hospital staff. Your data collection and interpretation skills will also be utilized as you will be facilitating monitoring activities, data collection techniques and statistical tools, as well as s taying abreast of applicable laws, regulations and accreditation standards as they relate to performance improvement.

Bachelors degree in healthcare related field
At least 3 years' work experience in a healthcare setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel or Access, Power point)
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Demonstrated education and monitoring skills
Knowledge of Accreditation Programs
Ability to develop and educate staff
