Job description / Role
Our client is responsible for planning and providing the requirements of transport, roads & traffic in the Emirate of Dubai, and between Dubai and other Emirates of the UAE, neighboring countries. They are looking for a Quality Manager to join their team in Dubai.
The Quality Manager will directly report to the "Director Development and Corporate Performance" and will have 3 staff directly reporting to them too. The main purpose of the role is to initiate, follow-up, coordinate and continuously improve quality initiatives with government organizations, major customers of the client in connection with the quality management standards.
PACKAGE ON OFFER: AED 30,000 AED 35,000 monthly, plus Mobile (AED500), Fuel (AED700), Airfare (self, wife, 3 children under 18years), Medical (self, wife, parents, children)
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have the following:
*UAE National
*Bachelor's degree from a recognized University.
*Minimum 7 years of related experience - specifically Quality focused within a government or semi-government organisation.
*Team leadership skills.
