The RoleThe RoleParsons Brinckerhoff is currently looking to recruit Quality Managers to work on a major rail project in Doha. Key Duties of the Quality Manager will include the following: • Ongoing management of the quality system • Effective management of the quality department resources • Effective motivation, training and development of quality personnel • Report quality performance trends to the management team including major issues which could affect business performance • Promote and develop continuous improvement techniques and practice • Ensure all specified quality standards are achieved throughout the company • Understand the PB in the Middle East quality policy and ensure it is implemented • Co-ordinate the quality activities of any independent consultants • Generate an awareness of quality as an integral part of good management |
RequirementsRequirementsQualifications and Experience: • Degree in relevant engineering discipline and minimum 10 years experience in project management/engineering quality assurance with at least 5 years within a senior role • Certified lead assessor/auditor • Demonstrated understanding and experience working to ISO accreditations • Setting up and monitoring quality systems including quality control procedures • Performing internal quality audits • Handling all quality issued with project management • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint |
