The RoleThe RoleThe candidate will be in-charge to guarantee the quality of all the elements necessary for the production and the final result. He is the reference person for the Site Manage(SM) and the Construction Manager (CM) for coordinating all the activities to guarantee the requested quality standards, so that he has to coordinate all the necessary modification to the process. He is the reference person for the customer and the consultant about the quality issues which may arise on site. To solve these issues he has to discuss the corrective actions with the CM, SM and with Ferretti technical department. He reports to the site manager, in detail his duties are: • Attend meeting which implies quality issues; • Have a good knowledge of the standards required by the customer and the consultant; • Make daily visits on the construction sites to check quality issues and discuss them with customer and consultant; • Realize proper documentation and auditing of site; • Realize weekly reports and activity on quality issues; • Manage the work and the schedule of the laboratory, • Ensure adequate inspection of mix design, physical test on concrete sample e.g. slump test, cube test and reinforcement for slabs, beams and foundations; • Propose and discuss with SM, CM and Ferretti technical department corrective actions for quality issues raised; • Cooperate and coordinate with all the colleagues involved in the assigned projects so that to have a daily and efficient stream of information and keep update all the documentation to present. |
RequirementsRequirementsWe look for a person who has a diploma or a technical degree, of an age between 30 and 40 years old, who has gained an experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in construction companies for industrial projects or in engineering companies. The ideal candidate will have also a very good attitude for team working and a very good knowledge of the English and/or Italian language. The place of work is in Libya (Tripoli or Misurata), length and typology of contract and the salary have to be defined in relation to abilities and experiences. |
