Quality Manager

Job description / Role

To lead the development, implementation, maintenance, audit & improvement of 'company's OMS in accordance with the respective national & international standards.

To provide guidance and assist the operations and project teams for the implementation of 'companys management initiatives, functions and systems. These responsibilities relate to both internal processes/controls for the operations and projects; and external coordination with consultants, contractors, suppliers and other service providers.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Qualified and experienced ISO 9000 Lead Assessor.
- Recognized formal qualification in Quality Management systems.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of functional experience, with at least 7 years in a management role.
- Working in engineering project environment including Architectural Engineering / Civil projects. International Project Experience within the Middle East.
- Leadership experience in QA/QC management.
- Excellent Knowledge and experience of IS0 9001, Quality management system requirements in general and for Construction industry in particular.
- Good experience / knowledge of Inspection & Testing aspects / procedures of building systems & materials.
- Exposure to TQM (total quality management) in construction industry.
