This exciting new position is an opportunity to work with one of the world's leading firms in employment services, workforce solutions and education consultancy.

Our client is new to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and seeks highly motivated candidates to join their venture in collaboration with HRDF and the Saudization program.

The Quality Manager position will be based in Riyadh with frequent travel to other cities within Saudi Arabia.

Responsible for quality training and contract compliance, the role calls for a quality individual to ensure robust processes are in place to achieve performance targets.

Managing a team of Quality Assurance and Training officers around the Kingdom, the Quality Manager will conduct audits of project sites and staff to determine compliance issues, risks and areas for improvement.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will come from a quality and compliance background with experience of identifying and improving contract performance and compliance.

You must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. The ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment is essential, as well as the capability to successfully execute complex tasks simultaneously.
