The RoleThe RoleResponsible for the Quality training processes and contract compliance functions of a major government initiative. Our client is delivering the Saudization program for HRDF and this key management position ensures robust processes in place to achive performance targets. You will be managing a team of Quality & Training Officers across the Kingdom, conducting audits of project sites and staff to determine compliance issues, risks and areas for improvement. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will come from a quality and compliance background with experience of identifying and improving contract performance and compliance. You must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently; and Ability to meet all performance standards established for this position. This role will include frequent domestic travel. A basic salary of SAR20,000 demonstrates the calibre we are looking for in a candidate. |
