Parkhouse Bell is delighted to be a preferred recruitment partner for one of the UK’s leading further education and skills providers who have a reputation for attracting great people and delivering results.

Reporting to the Principal/Director of Curriculum Innovation and Quality, you will be responsible for the overall quality functions of academic delivery in this female college in Saudi Arabia. This involves managing the college’s quality function on a day to day basis, in accordance with the clients quality assurance and improvement policies and strategies.

Specific duties including:
• Implement the College’s self-assessment, review and quality assurance systems to ensure deadlines are met, in accordance with the QA cycle
• Manage, implement and monitor the lesson observation process, in order to support improvements to the learning and teaching profile of the College and the quality of the student experience
• Monitor curriculum and operations delivery to ensure robust quality assurance processes are being implemented, including for curriculum development, OJT and learning resource and student support systems in the College
• Report on non-compliance with policy and procedures, providing support for improvements where required
• Provide routine and bespoke reports on teaching and learning to managers and Principals
• Analyse feedback from students and other key stakeholders following course review and disseminate feedback so as to facilitate continual improvements in teaching and service delivery.

In addition you will undertake professional development reviews as appropriate and ensure that the college’s health and safety policy is followed.

Requirements

You must have bachelor degree or exceptionally a diploma in administration, or a subject which includes quality assurance or equivalent professional qualification. A teaching qualification – CTLLS or DTLLS (or other international equivalent) preferred.

Experience of being an assessor, a verifier, external quality auditor and/or an inspector in a FE/TVET-related system recognised internationally (eg Ofsted). Minimum five years’ experience of working within a FE (TVET) or HE quality improvement context and at least two years’ experience of managing or supervising quality operations in a FE or HE context.
