Job description / Role
Based in Saudi Arabia, my client is offering a great position of the role of Quality Manager for successful protein processing business supplying a fantastic product to a variety of food service & retail customers.
The Role
Responsibility for day-to-day management of on-site quality systems
Preparation for and involvement with internal and external audits
Key member of HACCP team
Management of the QA Team

Requirements
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have previous Quality and Staff management experience.
Experience in working in a protein processing facility.
Background in Food Manufacturing is essential.
Optional: food science degree and / or Level 3 food safety qualification.
