Employment: Full Time

The Quality Services Manager is responsible for developing, monitoring and improving the compliance of the company quality system. He will also be responsible for assuring compliance of customer requirements by managing quality policies, standards, procedures, programs and practices while driving and facilitating continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct preparatory, initial and follow-up meetings to establish an understanding of the standards of care desired for each definable feature of work in line with companys strategic directions and objectives.
* Lead and monitor the creation, updating and maintenance of the project specific quality control reports.
* Monitor the root cause analysis of the incidents in the organization.
* Supervise the internal quality audit of all the Departments.
* Work closely with the external audit agency and ensure that the audit is carried out as per the requirements.
* Ensure compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
* Develop and implement quality improvement activities and policies.
* Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
* Bring together staff of different disciplines and drive the group to plan, formulate and agree on comprehensive quality procedures.
* Set Quality compliance objectives and ensure that targets are achieved.
* Direct and coordinate the activities of team engaged in quality functions including inspection, analysis and training.
* Make final determinations or dispositions related to non-conforming procedures.
* Implement measures to improve the inspection methods, equipment/tool performance, product quality, efficiency and morale.
* Supervise education sessions provided by the quality team on Quality Management and continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

* Bachelor Degree/diploma in quality management.
* Masters is preferable.
* 3-5 years statistics, Six Sigma or other analysis experience preferred.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality assurance.
* Past experience in development and implementation of quality control procedures.
* Prior experience in high-end Modular Furniture industry (especially Wardrobes and Kitchens) will be preferred.
* Outstanding skills in data collection, analysis, and presentation. Experience in the use of spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) for Quality related data management and display.
* Strong knowledge of Quality certification for e.g. ISO 9001:2008.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills needed, strong organizational ability required.
* Must demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, demonstrated leadership skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to approach staff about quality issues.
* Develop and achieve departmental/company goals and controls. Make suggestions for improvement in areas of cost reduction, processes, quality and productivity.
* Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management.
* Arabic writing and speaking skills would be preferable.
