Quality Specialist -eCommerce - Retail Divisional Office, Dubai

Al-Futtaim's Retail Division holds a stable of world class brands operating in buoyant markets with huge growth prospects. Some of our brands are Marks & Spencer, Toys R Us, and IKEA as well as Robinsons with a range of smaller brands selected for their appeal to the markets in which we operate. We currently operate our Retail outlets across the Middle East and in South East Asia.

We have enjoyed phenomenal success throughout the UAE, Egypt and GCC countries. We are in the final stages of outline planning for massive growth and need to prepare for the next phase of this program.

Based in our Dubai Office; we now have an opportunity for a Quality Specialist eCommerce to join the team. This role is responsible for for the eCommerce Reference Model Usability and performance testing of multiple eCommerce websites across all of Al Futtaim Retail brands, both domestic and international.

The responsibilities are also including:
- Working closely with the implementation team to QA the eCommerce Reference Model (Universal validity, Completeness, Adaptability, Extendibility, Usability, Reusability and Acceptance) of retail websites.
- Ensure information Quality (Completeness, Ease of Understanding, Personalization, Relevance and Security).
- Ensure System Quality (Usability and Reliability).
- Ensure Online Success (Users Satisfaction, Intention to use and Intention to transact)
- Handling business processes, SOPs, records and guidelines in accordance with online success requirements, functional managers needs and ISO standards.
- Preparation of quality manual and quality assurance procedures for ensuring compliances as per ISO Standards.
- Conduct Internal Quality Management System Audits.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Digital Art or Design, Advertising, Illustration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an ad agency preferably within an eCommerce organization.
- Adobe Certification (ACA) in (Digital Design Curriculum, Visual Design Curriculum and Digital Video Curriculum).
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Audition, etc).
- Previous experience in working coordinating directly with the Ecommerce business units.
- Hands on clients account management.
- Hands on Integrated Change Control.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing English. Arabic would be an advantage.
- Preferably has previous supervisory / auditing experience.
- Solid understanding of marketing, media and technology.
- Excellent presentation & time management skills with delivery skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established deadlines.
- Attentive to details.
