Quantity Surveyor - Construction Cost Consultancy - excellent salary
Leading Construction Cost Consultancy is looking to hire a QS to join their team in Northern Iraq.
Duties will involve carrying out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs. Measure, assess and agree contract variations. Managing and producing accurate formal reports in accordance with the project time plan.
Requirements
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or other relevant discipline from a recognized University.
- Minimum 3 years post-graduation experience.
- Previous working experience in the Middle East would be a distinct advantage.
- Should have extensive knowledge of current value engineering and cost control techniques.
