Job description / Role
KEOs Project Management / Construction Management division provides engineering and construction supervision services. Working within KEOs PM/CM Division based in Qatar, the Quantity Surveyor will be involved in some of the most integral Infrastructure based projects across the Region.

Requirements
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
Implementing cost controls and financial control procedures outlined in the construction contract (FIDIC experience required).
Experience of post-contract Quantity Surveying on Highway and Major Roads contracts.
Measurement of site works from drawings and evaluating the contractors monthly interim payments.
Measuring and assessing clients variations to the construction works and contractors claim for changes.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain a successful client relationship.
A minimum of 10 years of post graduate professional Quantity Surveying experience, with at least 8 years involved in highway and road projects.
Successful applicants must possess Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years post graduate experience in large scale infrastructure based projects including highway and road projects.
