Job description / Role
* Attending pre-award meetings and assisting in negotiations with clients.
* Interpreting and understanding tender information.
* Assessing the project and organizing Sub Contract enquiries/ quotations.
* Assembling costs/ rates and preparing net estimate for review by Senior Management.
* Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
* Finalizing tender submission documents for clients.
* Post-tender and post- contract analysis and review.
Requirements
* Minimum 7 year's in Quantity Surveying of interior fit-out projects.
* Degree/ Diploma in engineering or similar.
* Prefer exposure to commercial and hospitality works.
* Experience in post contract Quantity Surveying functions is essential.
* Must have experience in the full scope of interior fit out and joinery estimation.
* Preference will be given to candidates with previous GCC experience.
* Should have strong organization skills.
* Candidate must be self-motivated and a good team player.
