Job description / Role
I am looking for Quantity Surveyors MRICS capable of overseeing key signature projects of national interest and be responsible for the management of a surveyors in addition to post contract duties and pre and post contract duties.
Role covers;
• Preliminary / Budget Estimates
• Detailed Cost Plans
• Tendering Procedures
• Value Management
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities (with M&E)
• Contract Selection / Advice
• Loss and Expense Claims
• Change Control
• Interim Valuations
• Settlement of Final Accounts
• Procurement Strategies
• International Contracts
These position are with a major consulting group with a growing reputation in Qatar and amassing an enviable range portfolio projects.
Requirements
I require Quantity Surveyors with a QS degree only from a UK university and experienced in PQS, cost consultancy environments.
Candidates should be 7 Years PQE with a PQS firm from the UK, be articulate as well as expert in key stake holder management.
You should have worked in a range of build projects from Commercial CRE, residential, mixed use to Cultural.
You should have at least 2 years of GCC experience.
Package will range from 38,000 QR to 44,000 QR plus heatlhcare and flights.
