Job description / Role
Quantity Surveyor - Western Contractor - excellent salary package
Leading Western Contractor is looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Abu Dhabi.
Salary package between 8000 and 10000 AED + med + flight
Reporting to the Head of Commercial you shall be responsible for (inclusive but not limited to):
• Monthly Statement
•Project Report
•Cost Report
•Project Budget
•Cash Flow forecast
•Commercial Meeting with Client’s representative.
•Contract Variation
•New item rates
•Sub-Contractor’s Payment.
•Commercial management of construction project including valuations and claims
•Conflict avoidance, management and dispute resolution.
•Contract practice.
•Measurement and costing of construction works.
Requirements
The successful candidate shall have:
•A minimum of 4 years post graduate experience within construction/contractor field
•BSc of HNC qualification or above
•Preferably at least 3 years GCC or International experience in a similar capacity
•Proven man management skills and experience
