Quantity Surveyor - Western Contractor - 8.000 to 11.000AED+med+flight

Leading Western Contractor is looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Abu Dhabi.
Salary package between 8.000 and 11.000 AED + med + flight
Reporting to the Head of Commercial you shall be responsible for (inclusive but not limited to):
• Monthly Statement
• Project Report
• Cost Report
• Project Budget
• Cash Flow forecast
• Commercial Meeting with Client’s representative.
• Contract Variation
• New item rates
• Sub-Contractor’s Payment.
• Commercial management of construction project including valuations and claims
• Conflict avoidance, management and dispute resolution.
• Contract practice.
• Measurement and costing of construction works.
Requirements
The successful candidate shall have:
• A minimum of 4 years post graduate experience within construction/contractor field
• BSc of HNC qualification or above
• Preferably at least 3 years GCC or International experience in a similar capacity
• Proven man management skills and experience
