Quantity Surveyor - Western Contractor - upto 12000 QTR
Leading Western Contractor is looking to hire several Quantity Surveyors to join their team in Doha, Qatar, to work on Building Construction projects.
Salary for the position up to 12000 QTR.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager you shall be responsible for (inclusive but not limited to):
Monthly Statement.
Project Report.
Cost Report.
Project Budget.
Cash Flow forecast.
Commercial Meeting with Clients representative.
Contract Variation.
New item rates.
Sub-Contractors Payment.
Commercial management of construction project including valuations and claims.
Conflict avoidance, management and dispute resolution.
Contract practice.
Measurement and costing of construction works.
Requirements
For this position we are looking to Indian, Sri Lankan and Filipino nationalities only.
The ideal candidate MUST have a relevant bachelor's degree. The preferred candidate MUST have a minimum of 4-5 years' experience, preferably in Middle East, working for a contractor and a PROVEN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION experience.
