Quantity Surveyor

Duties and Responsibilities:

Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their office in Abu Dhabi, working on infrastructure projects in the region.
- Assist in preparation of tender documentation and tender analysis for consultants or contractors
- Assist in selecting, negotiating and forming contracts
- Good knowledge of FIDIC and other forms of contract
- Change management, provision of estimates and overall budget control
- Post contract administration services of consultants and contractors
- Review of variations, claims, quantum and provision of contractual advice
- Review of valuations in a timely order

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications

You will have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
- MRICS preferred
- 15 years post graduate experience
- Have experience delivering cost consultancy services
- Good English communication and report writing skills
- Computer literacy skills necessary
